我國(guó)每年進(jìn)口高端衛(wèi)浴產(chǎn)品500億

年初,關(guān)于智能馬桶蓋的新聞引爆社會(huì),引發(fā)了上至高層下至百姓的大討論,也將國(guó)產(chǎn)智能衛(wèi)浴產(chǎn)品一舉推到臺(tái)前,接受整個(gè)社會(huì)的拷問(wèn)和檢驗(yàn)。雖然來(lái)自各方的聲音不一而足,但有業(yè)內(nèi)人士估計(jì),熱點(diǎn)新聞的傳播,至少將智能馬桶蓋在中國(guó)的消費(fèi)周期提前了五年,打開(kāi)了數(shù)以億計(jì)的市場(chǎng)空間。

智能馬桶蓋“火了”,但在帶動(dòng)消費(fèi)的同時(shí),也暴露出了一系列值得中國(guó)衛(wèi)浴制造企業(yè)深深思索的問(wèn)題:中國(guó)衛(wèi)浴產(chǎn)業(yè)的最大問(wèn)題在哪里?傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)品的智能化方向是什么?

海關(guān)進(jìn)出口數(shù)據(jù)顯示,2014年1~12月,衛(wèi)浴產(chǎn)品進(jìn)出口總額為160.55億美元,同比增長(zhǎng)12.31%。其中,出口總額為153.36億美元,同比增長(zhǎng)12.86%;進(jìn)口總額為71.92億美元,同比增長(zhǎng)1.83%。

在低迷的市場(chǎng)環(huán)境中,衛(wèi)浴產(chǎn)品的出口仍然保持了10個(gè)百分點(diǎn)以上的增長(zhǎng),其中,按摩浴缸、淋浴房、塑料花灑3類增幅超過(guò)10%,塑料花灑甚至增幅達(dá)42.20%,勢(shì)頭強(qiáng)勁。

然而,這看似紅火的增長(zhǎng)數(shù)據(jù)背后,卻并沒(méi)有帶來(lái)實(shí)實(shí)在在的利潤(rùn),不少企業(yè)仍然感覺(jué)到日子艱難,面臨很大的市場(chǎng)壓力。廣東華藝衛(wèi)浴有限公司董事長(zhǎng)馮松展直言:“衛(wèi)浴行業(yè)出口程度比較高,但今年由于歐元一路下跌,出口形勢(shì)并不理想,一方面,客戶希望我們降低價(jià)格,而隨著勞動(dòng)力和原材料成本的不斷上漲,國(guó)內(nèi)企業(yè)的利潤(rùn)空間已經(jīng)被壓到很低。另一方面,產(chǎn)能過(guò)剩也是行業(yè)面臨的主要困難,由于過(guò)去企業(yè)過(guò)多,盲目進(jìn)行生產(chǎn),導(dǎo)致產(chǎn)品出現(xiàn)了嚴(yán)重的供大于求的情況,惡性競(jìng)爭(zhēng)再次攤薄了企業(yè)利潤(rùn)?!?/p>
